Artwork Information

We can accept most forms of artwork and in many formats. Please email your artwork to us, keeping file size to a minimum, or send on CD, Zip or Floppy. We will contact you on receipt and discuss your design needs.

We prefer to accept artwork in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Artwork needs to be clean line art (vector art) and if in colour, then all Pantone references must be stated. This can be emailed to tracie@stressplanet.com.

Popular file extensions – eps, ai, psd, tiff, jpeg, bmp. Files to include fonts if possible but where this is not possible, the name of the font should be sent instead. For eps files in Adobe Illustrator, please convert all text to curves or outlines. Adobe Acrobat pdf files are acceptable but only if fonts are converted and/or embedded in the document.

Please note that artwork charges may be made should we need to make major amendments to any artwork received that is not deemed print worthy. We will always advise when this is likely.

Artwork Proofs
We will nearly always be able to send you either artwork visuals by email or by fax in order for you to agree the positioning, size and colour specifications of the print.
